Safety assessments

The objective of the service of IBExU, as an industry partner, is the protection of human beings, of real values as well as the environment against the hazards generated by accidents.

Among other things, safety assessments for ensuring of plant and process safety as well as accident prevention serve to this objective.

In this connection the following services are accentuated particularly:

• Generation and check of safety analyses according to “Störfallverordnung (12. BImSchV)” (Hazardous Incidents Ordinance)
• Expert services
  • Safety check of plants within the meaning of § 29a article 1 “BImSchG”
  • Experimental demonstrations in companies, which are subjected to the mining inspection
  • Assessment of firedamp-protected and explosion proof electrical apparatus
    (independent of the accreditation as a testing laboratory and certifying authority)
